Essam Attia, BFA 2011 Photography) and Svetlana Mintcheva, founding director of the Arts Advocacy Project at the National Coalition Against Censorship, talk about art in the street as being distinct from art in a museum, regulations of public space and the relationship between an artist’s mission and the constraints of the law. Presented by BFA Visual & Critical Studies.
