I wanted to show the two extremes of free speech. I created two characters, Ted, who is obnoxious and says what he wants knowing he’s protected under the 1st amendment. And also Ernest, who is constantly afraid of offending other people even though he has the right to say whatever he pleases. I did this to show how neither extreme is good, and you really just need to find a middle ground. Don’t be afraid to speak up, but don’t be an asshole. ps. watch it in HD :)
