Free Speech and Democracy Film Contest
Don’t miss your chance to enter the Free Speech and Democracy Film Contest. Contestants must be 19 or younger and submit a video no longer than four minutes by October 1, 2004. Top three winners will receive prizes of $1000, $500, and $250 and a trip to New York City for a gala event at the Rubin Museum of Art on Tuesday, November 16.
