Hi! My name is Rachel Victor. When I found out about this contest, I was really excited, because “Freedom in Schools” is a topic that I’m really interested in.
I wanted to find out whether or not students whose views were politically incorrect were discriminated against. What I found out shocked me. All across America there are those whose freedom is being restricted. Students were being discriminated against–not just by peers, but by teachers and faculty members.
Even though Tinker was over 40 years, ago, and our freedom was established in the Constitution even before that, there are people whose voices are still not heard.
I made this video so that others can hear their voices.
